Ogebe (JSC) (Rtd)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Hon. Justice James Ogebe (JSC) Rtd is the Chairman of the Board of Trevari Power Company. An eminent jurist with several years of distinguished judicial and humanitarian service to man and country, Justice Ogebe started his career as a Pupil State Counsel in the Ministry of Justice of the defunct Benue-Plateau State in 1968. After only a few years of unblemished and meritorious services which saw him rise steadily through the ranks of service to become Acting Director of Public Prosecutions (1971), he transferred to the Judiciary, becoming a senior Magistrate and Acting Chief Registrar (1974); Chief Registrar (1975) and Acting Judge between 1976 and 1978 until he was substantively appointed a Justice of the High Court of Benue State, a position he held until 1991 when he was elevated to the Federal Court of Appeal. While in service in the High Court of Benue State, he successfully discharged several responsibilities as Chairman of several Commissions of Inquiry, Chairman of the State\u2019s Robbery and Firearms tribunal and Judge Price Control Court. He also served as Acting Chief Judge of Benue State on two occasions in September 1984 and January 1987.<\/p>\n<p>While in the Court of Appeal, Justice Ogebe again performed extraordinarily and is on record as having served as the Presiding Judge in three Divisions of this Court, first in Port Harcourt Division between 1999 and 2003, next in Lagos Division between 2003 and 2004 and finally in Enugu Division between 2004 and 2008 from where he was elevated to the Supreme Court of the Federal republic of Nigeria in March 2008.<\/p>\n<p>A \u00a0kind spirited gentleman, Justice Ogebe is a member of the Planned Parenthood Federation of Nigeria (PPFN), Trustee of the Bible Society of Nigeria, Trustee of Hope for the Blind, Trustee of the Fellowship of Christian Students (FCS), a committed Christian and an avid Preacher with interest in walking, reading and caring for the less privileged in the society.<\/p>\n<p>A graduate of the Prestigious Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, from where he obtained his Law Degree in 1967, Justice James Ogebe hails from Igumale in Ado Local Government Area of Benue State. He is married to former Miss Maryamu Dija Madaki, a Medical Doctor by profession and together, they have four children.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Executive Vice Chairman: Mr. Innocent Obande <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Obande holds a Bachelors Degree in Political Science from the University of Jos (1991), Masters in Public Administration from Nasarawa State University (2010), Certificate in Real Estate from the Oxford Real estate Programme 2015 and Palladium Kaplan-Norton Balanced Scorecard Certificate. He started his career with the Defunct Africa Continental Bank and subsequently worked as Operations and Development Officer with Standard Trust (now UBA), and Diamond bank over a 19 year period. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, Society of Petroleum Engineers (USA) and an associate member of Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers (USA). He is also a member of the Nigeria China Business Council. Innocent is an outstanding professional with extensive experience developing high net worth client relationships and referral networks. Deliver exceptional results through branch business development, client management, and strategic planning and he is a strategy execution professional with expertise in cultivating and maintaining key relationships. Leverage core strengths and connections to develop new business, establish lasting relationships, and secure strategic alliances. Innocent\u2019s Banking experience covers: Operations, Administration, Corporate, Public, Personal, Consumer and Retail Banking sectors and he has been providing critical insights that have helped grow a variety of business operations in the diverse sectors of the Nigerian economy from start up to become leaders in their sectors of operation by identifying ways and means of supporting them in their industry. He is also experienced in commercial planning and has been responsible for putting together solutions for various start up\/commercial ventures and by organizing and facilitating strategy sessions aimed at stimulating robust yearly business plans in conjunction with all stakeholders that cut across the following business areas namely; segments, products &amp; services and sales. He has also been involved in organizing forums where the views are gauged and analyzed for business insight purposes. Innocent has attended several International and local trainings with a view to improving himself for higher leadership responsibilities and is also involved in numerous community service initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>In 2012, he left the banking sector to promote new business ventures in Oil and Gas, Power, Agriculture and Real Estate. He is the Executive Vice Chairman of Trevari Group, IDB Development Joint Ventures Ltd., IDB Development Energy Resources Ltd, Trevari Energy Resources, and Bingham Energy Resources Ltd (Nigeria and Canada). Furthermore, he is the MD\/CEO of Bullion Properties LTD and Penmax Nigeria LTD. Other business initiatives put forth by him are Hotep partners Ltd where he is the MD, Qingdao Exe International Nigeria Ltd where he serves as a Director, Isto Farms Ltd and Bingham Kent Walter Alliance Ltd.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Director: Mr. Samuel Ohiemi <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Samuel Ohiemi holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Management (1990) and a Masters Degree in Banking and Finance (1995) from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. Samuel has about two decades experience covering: Finance, Banking, Mergers &amp; Acquisitions, Strategic Planning, Consulting, Restructuring Operations, Export Marketing, International Business Relations, Collaborations and Social work activities.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Ajodo-Ohiemi is a recipient of several awards and accolades for outstanding work in the banking sector and has quite a few patents and publications to his credit including a publication in CBN Journal of Applied Statistics.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Director: Amb. (Dr.) Hassan Adamu CON DSC. FNIM (WAKILI ADAMAWA) <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ambassador (Dr) Hassan Adamu CON often referred to as WAKILI was born in Yola, Adamawa State of Nigeria. Educated in Nigeria and United Kingdom, he holds a Bachelors degree in Economics and Post Graduate Diploma in Transport Studies from the University of London. He has over the years taken up very prominent roles in both Nigerian business scene and national public assignments.<\/p>\n<p>Within the Nigerian business sector, Ambassador Hassan occupied the positions of Chairman of NAFON, NICON, NRIC, Hadejia Jama\u2019are River Basin Development Authority. He also served as Director in Cadbury, Lever Brothers and Wiggins Teape, Nexim Bank, NAL Merchant Bank and Society Bancaire. Ambassador (Dr) Hassan Adamu was elected President Manufactures Association of Nigeria (MAN) for the period of seven years, making him the second longest serving president of MAN after Chief Odutola. Amb. Hassan Adamu has served as Chairman, Nigeria Industrial Complex Limited; Bagale Motels; Niger Brass<\/p>\n<p>Shipping Line; Bulkship Nigeria Limited; O.A.N. Agency Limited, and Frenchies Nig. Limited. He is also a founder of the above Companies. He is presently the Chairman, Board of Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC).<\/p>\n<p>Wakili also served as Secretary for Power and Steel (Ministerial position), first Minister of Environment and Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development. At one time he was also Nigerian Ambassador to United States of America (USA) and also accredited to the Common Wealth of the Bahamas as Nigerian High Commissioner.<\/p>\n<p>He is a recipient of many Honorary Doctoral Degrees, including LLD, Ahmadu Bello University; DSC Dan Fodio University; LLD Clark Atlanta University USA, Doctor of Environmental Science BABCOCK University, Ogun State; and DSC NOVENA University, Delta State. He was conferred with National Honour of the COMMANDER OF THE ORDER OF THE NIGER (CON). He is now the current Chancellor of Enugu State University of Technology (ESUT), Enugu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Director: Professor Iyiola Tella <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>An accomplished scholar and Professor of Ecosystem Management, Iyiola Tella has distinguished himself in the fields of biodiversity conservation and ethno-forestry, ecological modeling of plant site interactions, site productivity, implicating bio-mass and bio-energy yield in managed forests, sustenance of life and functions within endangered ecosystems and bio-remediation. His academic training, practical hands-on research experience, human relational disposition, diligence, integrity and innate motivation for the sustenance of ecosystems position him for excellence in his chosen endeavor. Professor Tella holds a Masters (1994) and a Doctorate Degree (2005) in Forest Resource Management after obtaining a first Degree in Forestry and Wood technology in 1991. In recognition of his excellence in his chosen field, he has been admitted to prominence in several Professional bodies including but not limited to the Forestry Association of Nigeria (FAN), The Forest &amp; Forest Products Society (FFPS), The Science &amp; Technology Africa \u2013 Europe Partnership (STA-EP), The Nigerian Environmental Study team (NEST) and the Danish Development Research Network (DDRN). With 25 papers published in referred journals, 3 chapters edited in published works, 6 papers published in edited conference proceedings, 2 technical reports, 1 invention and major productive work and 3 papers submitted for consideration for publication in internationally referred journals, Professor Tella\u2019s overall reputation has been well earned and deservedly secured. He has taught and worked in several countries including Benin Republic, The Cameroons, Denmark, Kenya, Sweden, South Africa and Turkey.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Executive Director: Mr. Audu Mark <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A businessman of solid international repute, Mr. Audu Mark is an Innovative and result-driven leader focused on achieving exceptional results in the highly competitive information technology environment. His experience in driving product services, process, and customer service improvement while building partnerships with key business decision-makers is legendary. His areas of expertise include but are not limited to Process Optimization, Technical Analysis, Cost Reduction, Project Management, Operational &amp; Strategic Planning, Customer Relations, Network Operations Management and Data migration analysis across a broad range of technical and managerial substrates involving hardware, router\/network, operating systems, databases, language\/script, storage systems, communications and software systems in the information technology environment.<\/p>\n<p>A graduate of the prestigious Strayer University from where he obtained a Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Computer Information Systems, Mr. Audu Mark\u2019s professional experience spans over 20 years and include such high profile positions as President &amp; CEO of Vermak Global System, Abuja, an ICT company with extensive business portfolios in Nigeria and the USA; Senior Consultant at TranTech Inc., Alexandria, VA, another major ICT operator in the United States; ICT Consultancy and Advisory Services to various Police and Defence establishments including the Toronto Police Services, The Washington DC Metropolitan Police Department, The Chicago Police Department and The US Department of Defense.<\/p>\n<p>Along with extensive top level management positions in several other international companies operating within the telecommunications and security services industries, Mr. Mark brings a complementary managerial competence to the board of the Trevari Power Company where he currently serves as Executive Director.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Director: His Excellency, Dr. S. Danjuma Gani CON: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A retired administrator, politician and Community Leader, Dr. Gani joined the service of the Northern Regional Government in the 1960\u2019s and had a stint in the Federal Service in the early 1970\u2019s. He later deployed from Benue to Plateau State where he rose to the rank of Permanent Secretary. Upon the creation of Gongola State he served as Permanent Secretary overseeing several ministries in the new State. Following his retirement from the Service, he joined politics and was elected Deputy Governor of Taraba State in 1990. He currently serves as a Community leader of Southern Taraba and Chairman Board of Trustees, Kwararafa University, Wukari.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Director: Mr. Christopher Chukwurah<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Born at Onitsha North LGA of Anambra State, Mr. Chukwurah had his early education in the then Mid West State and then proceeded to the college of the Virgin Islands, St. Thomas in 1964. In 1966 he transferred to Southern Illinois University Carbondale, in Illinois, United State, where he obtained a Bachelors and Master degrees in Agricultural Economics in 1971. In January 1973, Mr. Chukwurah joined the Federal Civil Service and was deployed as a planning officer to the then Federal Ministry of Economics and Reconstruction now the National Planning Commission where he rose to be appointed as the Permanent Secretary in 2002. In 2003, Mr. Chukwurah was redeployed to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and in the same year he was moved to the presidency to serve in Economic Affairs Office of the Presidency.<\/p>\n<p>In recognition of his hard work and commitment to the service of his father land, Mr. Chukurah was honored with a national honor as OON in the year 2003. Mr. Christopher Chukwurah retired from active service in 2004. He is married with children.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Director:<\/strong> \u00a0<strong>Joyce Onyechi Okafor: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mrs. Okafor holds a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Management from the University of Jos (1995-1998) and a diploma in accounting from the same institution (1993-1995). She has over fifteen years of working experience in the security and communication industry in Nigeria, Israel, Latin America and the United States of America. She had brief stint with the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) (2000-2001) and Transfortial International in Port-Harcourt (1999-2000).<\/p>\n<p>In the last ten years, she has been involved in training as well as consulting and supplies of security and communication services and solutions to government and private institutions within Nigeria.
