Bruce is a seasoned MANUFACTURING / RESEARCH SCIENTIST, experienced in research, development and manufacturing activities with focus on Secondary Metabolites, Cloned Therapeutic Proteins, Toxins/Toxoids, Influenza Virus, a Live Biopharmaceutical and Enzymes. Accomplished in applying technical knowledge, methods, and techniques to development and production operations to guarantee consistency of output. Valued by associates and management for skills in invention, discovery, investigation and research with Over 25 years of experience in various areas of the field of microbiology from bench level research to management of manufacturing operations, working with soil microorganisms through human pathogens. Bruce has greater than ten years of experience in process development / improvement, very familiar with TQM and Sigma. Bruce boasts of great expertise in; Team Leadership Research and Production Management, Biochemical Analysis, Production Maximization, Product Purification, Genetic Manipulation, cGMP, Strain Development, Expression Systems.Bruce is also the CSO / Member of Board of Directors at Nh3 Canada and Europa.
